Setting System Time

All,

I am new to the 2000IVS2 and I am trying to set the system time for the DST change. I have entered into the system and entered Command 02 an d then 2. This gives the time but I am unsure how to enter the time since the command manual shows a space between the hours minutes and seconds. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Terry

Here is how to set the time :
Setting of Time (Hour, Minute, Second) “Hour” information is set in military format (24-hour)
HHMMSS Time
HH : Hour (00-23)
MM: Minute (00-59)
SS : Second (00-59)

Example: 2 p.m. is set as “140000”.

System Time

I am new to this system as all the other people left. I set what I thought was the system clock by the phone touch pad per the instructions and was able to set the LCD display correctly, but the timestamp on the voice mail is still incorrect. We are on the NEAX2000 IVS2 system. Any help is great!!!

Joel, the phone system (2000 IVS2) and the voice mail are two different and unique system. Unfortunately telling us that you are on the NEAX 200IVS2 doesn't help us try and fix your voicemail.

What you need to do is find someone with Administrator rights in the voice mail. Someone who can change the greetings, or reset mailboxes. Once you find a person that can change the greetings what you want to do is listen to their prompts until you get to "Would you like to change a system schedule?", hit one for yes and then follow the rest of the prompts. If you can't find anyone who can get into the Administration of the voice mail, you will have to contact your vendor, or a vendor to try and get into your voicemail.

Good luck, post back and let us know how you made out.
