Rep Power: 5  Country:  | telephone Cable testing Hello every one, I do not know if this is the correct place to post this issue about telephne cable network issues...But I decided to start here: I need to know if there exists a device that measures the following: 1- insulation resistance 2-If the tel cable is cut some where,it measures the distance where that cable / wire is cut. can any body help on this issue?? regards. abu Suhail Last edited by AbuSuhail; 01-20-2007 at 10:53 AM. It was a handy tool, gave you length, cable pin outs. It was a mini pentascanner but it would give you the length of the cable... I will see if I can find the name.
