Rep Power: 0 ![]() | 2000ips ccis cid issue We have existing 5-2000 ips pbx in network via ccis.Let me show you guys the set-up between two sites... SITE A: 61 - LCR access code 29 - office code of Site A 300 - extension no. at Site A (Dterm) SITE B: 61 - LCR access code 30 - office code of Site B 800 - extension no. at Site B (Dterm) When ext.300 calls to ext.800, ext.800's Dterm phone will display "61 29 300". When ext800 calls to ext300, ext300's Dterm phone will display "61 30 800". But when we added another site,SITE C: 61 - LCR access code 31 - office code of Site C 500 - extension no. at Site C (Dterm), Ext.300 calls to ext 500,ext500's Dterm phone will display "800" WITHOUT THE LCR ACCESS CODE AND OFFICE CODE (61 29). Any help? Thanks! | ||||||||
