Rep Power: 5  Country:  |  Split charging in SMDR Hello In Neax 2000 IPS, Split charging works fine when one user transfers the call to another user. BUT it does not work when the call is transfered from the attendant to other user...the idea is that our customer does not want to charge his clients for the time the operator takes to handle the clients calls. I played a lot with CM 08 >> 424,425 but there is no setting for split charging in case of opertor assisted calls..as a temporary solution, I requested the opertor to transfer the call to his supervisor telphone set then the supervisor transfers the call to the requested client.... but we need a better solution.
