Hi,
I am setting up 2000IPS, we have 4DATC in the system
I used CM 4900 000 0100 to define 1st mess and then used 4901 01 00 to assign 1st mess for tnt 01.
The problem is: at any time only the 1st incoming call has annoucement from AA, the second call will hear only RBT until the annoucement in the 1st call has finished.

Pls help me to solve this problem.

I also need to know how to let the caller hear the MOH unitl the called go to off hook instead of ring back tone.
