No Disconnect Supervision

I have a few lines that do not have disconnect supervision that we are trying to hook into a COT card on our 2000 IVS system. The lines are working fine but they do not detect when the far end has disconnected. I have tried setting the trunk to go to a different trunk route group and turned off the CM3505 option (application of release signal). According to the command manual that is supposed to tell the NEC that there will not be a release signal on the line. I would think it would then look for other ways of detecting a hangup (such as reorder tone, etc.). Should this be working and there is something else wrong on the line (bad reorder tone, etc.) or is there another option I am missing elsewhere? It is kind of annoying having to manually disconnect the line to get it to hang up.

Hrm.. Have that turned on. And it works for outgoing calls. If I make an OG call and the far-end hangs up it detects. But if the NEC answers and IC call and the far-end hangs up it just sits there. Granted this would only be a problem if we call out and then transfer to voice-mail (it will just record the reorder tone for a few minutes), but it is annoying. So either my line is not performing the polarity reversal on IC calls, or the NEC is not detecting it on IC calls for some reason.

Thanks for the verification though. At least I know it IS supposed to. I'll see if I can find a way to test for PR on hangup for an IC call and see if the line is just not performing it.
