Location: Hollywood FL Rep Power: 6 ![]() | I have one station that won't delete. I delete it and Matworx tells me it is done but then it is there again. I've searched thru the groups and can't find it anywhere else. It also does not have a type assigned (dterm virtual...) Thanks, Pedro

Location: Hollywood FL Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Well, all I know is that I use the Matworx applet to delete the extension and when I do, it reports that it was deleted succesfully but if I search for it or try to reuse, it is there. I don't know what you mean about large or small system. I have a Neax2000 IVS with about 70 phones (digital & analog) and one AD8 voicemail. Pedro

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Pedrog With the IVS if you are having trouble deleting a station it is usually because it is a member of a group of some kind. I assume you have checked cmds 16, 17 & 18. There could also be some feature such as a call back or a call forward that is causing a problem. As a last resort you can go into MOC mode which is under the function drop down menu. Enter / to get the command prompt then 10 space ( the space is known as data entry or de as it is often referred to) enter 000 de (thats the space bar again) and then use enter to step through. you are either looking for the extension number or none. if you see the extension number then enter CCC . (the full stop or period as some call it is known as execute or exe as it is often referred to and should be typed in, I didn't just put it there to end a sentence.) If you found the extn number and did the CCC bit your extn is deleted and you have to live with anything it screws up. If you didn't find it, or none by the time you got to 063 then press shift : or in other words enter a full colon. this will take you back to the Cmd 10 prompt and you can then start a 100 and go through to 163, then 200 etc until you find a "none" once you have a none put the exension number in followed by the "." and it should come back "see cmd" either 10 or 11 and a len number. you can then go to the cmd and len it says and "CCC" it as before. If it comes back "OK" then it didn't actually exist and you will need to "CCC" it back out of where you just put it into. Sorry if this is a little long winded but not knowing your level of expertise it is the safest way to take you.
