Please help me....

Hi,

Im a newbie here....just want to ask for some help because want to set up the direct inward system access (DISA) but dont know how.

Here how it goes...

I have set up a direct line to be terminated in one of the local extension here in the office. What I want to do is that, when I dial the direct line from home and got connected to that extension is that i can be able to get or hit a dial tone and can be able to call another extension or can make a call international using the dial tone of that local extension....is it possible??

Anybody? Please help me... I have NEAX 2000 IVS PBX.

Thanks in advance...

Ok this would be a little long winded to guide you through via messages. Do you have access to any manuals? If so the feature that you are looking for is called 'remote access to system'

hope this helps
