at my third try i get a trunk line, my access code is 08, why is that , is it the cot card or????/ i need help asap. please. tanks

What do you think has changed ? Do you have to dial 08 three times? 08 as a code for outbound access seems a little strange. Where are you in the world? is this normal? If not why are you using this code? lenty of info required here one thinks.
