Has anyone seen this problem before?

1. You program a key as night service 3.

2.You activate key before time for night service the lightfor the key is red/orange.

3.At the specified time the system goes to night service light is green.

4.At the specified time the system does not switch to day service.

5.You have to manually switch night service off.

6.One customer works, the ns is to end at 9 am but ends at 10am.

What version? It's been my experience that the earlier versions of the 3100ICP are amazingly buggy, even 4.1 has some issues to work out.

These 3100's are both 4.1 .
For the one that night service comes off at 10 instead of 9 Tech Support
suggested changing time and then putting back the time.

What I did in call answering is Swap the start and start times
and that seemed to clear it for a while.

Just when I was stepping through the door the system switched to
night service 1.
