Location: British Virgin Islands Rep Power: 5 ![]() | I am having a problem with the auto attendant picking up calls. I have calls ring at Extension Group 200 and the overflow is to Extension Group 232 the voice mail. I tried a reboot but still no luck. If I program line to ring at Extension Group 232 (voice mail) then the auto attendant answers. When in night service 1 the auto attendant answers. Help! Kevin

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | How are you sending the calls from the sets to the auto attendant? I'd be willing to bet the ICP is trying to send the unanswered calls to an extension's mailbox instead of to the auto attendant. Try setting call forwarding at the primary answering extension (feat. code 639).
