The price of Mitel RAD's seems a bit high, try Multimessage, they have an alternative device which is half the price and better quality. www.multimessage.co.uk

those look ok but in my instance, the Rad is in the form of a analog line going to a vikingelectronics box for our attendant console, and it seems to erratically go into DND, which is easy to get it out of once you know it is in it, Mitel Corporate seems to think it is a timing issue, which could be as I have Not been able to reproduce it. I also know the flow of calls going to the attendant is equally erratic and because it's erratic I don't know it's gone into DND untill somebody complains, tips?

Country:
The RAD ports go into DND mode when they are accessed and do not answer. i've seen this when the Viking DVA is accidently unplugged or shut off. My solution was put the Viking on a UPS and put it out of the way so no-one brushes against the on/off switch. i'm not aware of a programming correction.

this viking unit is on a UPS, the ups is about 6-6.5 feet up on a wall, the viking unit is plugged into that, nobody goes into the room with any regularity, perhaps little Nomes or other small creatures are doing it, I don't suspect the furry variety as they usually leave a "trail" if you know what I mean, It has been OK the last month or 2
