Unhappy Mitel 3300 ICP Auto-Attendant

Hi,

I've been entrusted with programming our Mitel 3300 ICP PBX.

We currently have a single level auto attendant that needs rerecording and some of the options changing.

I have been through the System Administration console but haven't been able to see how it is programmed to be able to reprogramme it.

Currently all incoming calls on our ISDN 30 go straight into an Auto-attendant (haven't been able to identify this DDI) with options for reception, accounts, marketing etc...

Hope someone can offer some help.

Thanks,
Joe

you need to know the mailbox number of the auto attendent. this is listed under sys admin > voicemail > system greetings > multi level auto attendant.

once you have identified the mailbox number, dial into voicemail to rerecord the greeting. use * on the phone to change between mailboxes.

Hi Betski,

Thanks very much for you help. I've found the AA!!!

If the caller doesn't select an option how do i determine where the call will go? At the moment it loops back into the AA.

Thanks,
Joe
