Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Ring Group to voice mail ? Hi All Well I give up. I cant seem to get a ring group to go to VM in night 1. Ring group # 1111 Ist member # 2222 multicall to several sets 1111 does not appear in call rerouting ? 2222 does appear but when setting night1 to reroute into voice mail it just continues to ring to 2222. If you call 2222 directly in night1 works fine. It's only when calling in via DDI 1111 or dailing 1111 directly that ist member 2222 wont go to VM ??? any ideas ? Thanks

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | found a way to do it. 1. program the DDI ext as a single line no ring on a PKM. 2. You can then use call re routing to route to the ring group access number in day mode and to VM in night mode. Only issue is that on the display of the sets that answer you get from 1111 "the DDI ext" dont want this just want the display to show the incoming CLI. These are 5312 phones. Anyway to get rid of from "ext" when using call re routing ???

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | use a hunt group with no members defined and set it as a 'name tag' type instead of your single line on pkm. Make sure you give the group a name in tel dir and the name will be displayed on the set and not 'from xxx' Same rerouting as you have already set up.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Thank you that worked. It would be nice if you could simply reroute a ring group as it would eliminate this work around and also provide the incoming CLI to the ring group. Surely there must be a way for the target set of a reroute to be able to receive the incoming CLI.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | You can experiment with something here if you want to get rid of the "From XXX" flag. Burn an IP license and set up a phantom phone.- must be programmed as a phone but you will not have a physical instrument. Make a note, this phone will not be forwarded or rerouted in any way. Give it a unique intercept number. In that intercept point modify it to point to your final target number when "out of service". Reroute the ring group to this phone. Now when a call is rerouted to this new phantom number it will route via intercept handling to your final target number without the "from xxx" flag. Dry Aquaman
