Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Greetings, I have a Mitel 3300 ICP controller and have the following issues: 1) I have advanced voicemail setup so that it e-mails the voice mail messages to the users email box. The time stamp on the voicemail is correct, however when the e-mail is sent to the users email box, it is off 3 hours. I can't see where to change the time zone so that the e-mail notification will mtch the voicemail notification. 2) I am trying to change an extension programmable button from one extension to another. But when I try and change the extension, it comes up with an error message that " A Dn can only appear once on a set as a DSS/BLF or Secretarial line". I have tried this on a number of phones and get the same message. I don't see that there is already a button assigned on the phone with that particular extension. 3) I have a phone which will not display caller id. I can't find the option to turn this on/off. Thanks in advance.

Stations features are always in Class of Service, check the class of service for that phone and verify that Display ANI/ISDN options are enabled. __________________ Telephony users cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Thanks for the info. I don't currently have a networked vm server setup. I can add one, but don't know the parameters for the following: network Element name local cluster PNI IP Address DNS Name I assume I am just using the IP address/DNS of the Mitel box for this. But i can't find the network element name anywherr .. . Thanks.

Network Element name: Name of this ICP as defined in Network Element Assignment form Local: True Cluster: False PNI: <Leave Blank> IP Address: IP Address of ICP (for some reason my office system has the IP address of Exchange server though, not sure why) DNS Name: <DNS Name of 3300> or I usually just use "Voicemail" __________________ Telephony users cannot gain anything without first giving something in return.
