Our phone system was set up several years ago but I was never given the login info to the system, now i'm trying to get in and change some settings but I don't have the password, so... any way to reover the password without resetting the rest of the phone system to the defaults?

Call pIlot
Try installer and 1000. If this don't work then you need to have it reset from Factory.
