Have SX2000 with LW29 software. Need to set an extension so when offhook connects directly to ars without dialing 9 etc. On the 200d its called "Direct toARS". Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Is this for a hotline type phone number.

I need help on a sx200. If you can pass some more info on this perhaps I could answer the Q.

Not exactly "hotline". When the phone goes off hook it accesses a trunk but uses "ars" to determine restrictions and routes. I can hotline it to a speed dial number that is external but that doen't meet the requirement. It needs to be able to dial any external number.

Can probably help with the 200. Whats your question?
