Question ip phone Label maker 5000 series

Does anyone know of software to create labels for the 5000 series phones by exporting key data from Mitel 3300 controller.
I have a Excell form that is the right dimensions but need something like microsoft access to transfer the information into it from an exported file.
Obviously this is not required for the 53xx models.

I don't know of any software that would do this through excel, but if you have done all the work with the setup in excel, then I would use formulas in the workbook to collect thye data you need.

I have seen several manufacturers over the years try to get some kind of "automatic" label printing to work from the database data and most have failed miserably. We used to use various Excel spreadsheets for labels for a while and realized it was generally cumbersome and a pain to have to cut out the labels by hand.

We use software from DESI Telephone Labels for our labels for every customer, it is not free for the professional version but you can try it free. They get you with the labels, you need to purchase the labels from DESI but the software is fantastic and well worth it. Their labels are of excellent quality and easy to install.

Anyway, don't want to sound like a sales person cause I'm not, and I am sure there are other ones out there that do the same job but this one has worked well for us for many years, even my last job used it exclusively.
