| Blind transfer problem from SIP phone to ACD Path (Mitel 3300 ICP) Hello, I have a Mitel 3300 ICP (software version is 9.01.17) and the ACD path is configured. The ACD feature is working fine. Meanwhile, I configured a SIP trunk on the Mitel 3300 to connect the IVR Server (Dialogic HMP 3 SU 137). The SIP channel between Mitel and IVR is also work perfectly. The IVR Sever will take a call blind transfer to a ACD Path. The transferred call can be reached to the agent if agent is available. Now I found the 3300 will return fast busy back to IVR Server if all agent unavailable (or all agent is under busy) in the path while blind call transfer. I re-confirmed that the ACD feature is fine because the blind transfer is working pertfectly if the call is transferred from TDM (line side T1, E1 or analog phone). The transfer is failed if the call is transferred from SIP. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks Dennis |
