Mitel 3300 Timers

Wotcha folks - new user - be gentle!

We've recently had a 3300ICP fitted and it's been dumped on the ICT Support Crew to look after it. We've had very minimal training, and for most of us this is our first exposure to IP Telephony. Here's the issue...

The system diverts to voicemail too quickly, and I can't work out which timer I need to adjust under CoS 5 to lengthen it...

Sods law, as we're in the UK, we haven't been issued a login for eDocs at Mitel's site as apparently that is a perk limited to their channel partners (so that they can get the cash from callouts to tweak such minor settings) and thus we can't get to the System Administrators Tool Help document.

If anyone could help me out with the correct timer to lengthen, or/and can hook me up with a copy of the SATH, that'd be superb...

Its the call forward no answer timer. go to class of service options assignment and change COS 5.

You dont need a manual really. The help file is more than enough info to reprogram the system (its got me out of a few scrapes in the past).

Its content specific so go to the form you are not sure about and click help. There is normally an explanation of each field and what it does. If you go into class of service options assignment and click help then click on the link 'class of service options list, there is an explanation of each field in the cos form.
