Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Account Codes in Mitel 3300 Hi guys, I hope you can help me here. I'm pretty new to this telephone business. Our current setup uses a Mitel 3300 Enterprise server and i'm trying to configure the account codes remotely using the 6110 Contact Center Management thing (Yeah, I really am new). Basically i've added all my codes, setup the phones as non-verified as I want agents to record what kind of call they have just had. Guess what, it's not working. When the user presses the account code button on the Mitel Superset 4025 and then types in the code it just says 'Invalid'. I have searched through documentation but can't find any help. How should I configure the codes, how many digits and can the users enter them during worktimer. Do i need to do anything else on the server? Thanks for all your help

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Hi this is the description of account codes from the 3300 help file. I dont think this is what you are wanting: Non-verified Account Codes let you enter codes on the SMDR record for billing and/or call management. During a call, you can enter Non-verified Account Codes as often as required. Both Verified and Non-verified Account Codes can be Fixed Length. If an Account Code is Fixed Length, it is automatically submitted to the system when the correct number of digits have been entered. Both Verified and Non-verified Account Codes can be Forced. With Forced Verified Account Codes, you must enter the account code as soon as the phone is off-hook. With Forced Non-verified Account Codes, you must enter the account code after you dial the phone number.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi Bob, Thanks for the reply. The information is helpful. I sort of got it working yesterday but only whilst the agent was on the phone. Not sure if senior management really want to use it that way. I have another question if that's ok? Some agents are jumping straight from being on a call to idle and completely missing the worktimer. Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks again
