Mitel 3300 SMDR output not working

We have a Mitel 3300 ICP system, and are trying to receive SMDR into a logging client. I have a telnet session open to port 1752, but nothing goes to it (except a single line just before midnight, echoing the date and time).

To use real-time reporting, I'm required to assign a port to the SMDR logs. I assigned LPR1. That doesn't make sense to me, but it's the only example I can find in the documentation.

I've included the SMDR options below:

DASS II - Call Charge Information Provided: No
Extended Digit Length: No
MCD - Report Transfers: No
Network Format: Yes
Report Account Codes: No
Report Incoming Calls: Yes
Report Internal Calls: Yes
Report Meter Pulses: No
Report Outgoing Calls: Yes
SMDR Meter Unit Per Station: Yes
SMDR Record Transfer: No
System Identification: 0
Time Change Reporting: No
Twenty-four Hour Time Reporting: No
ANI/DNIS/ISDN/CLASS Number Delivery Reporting: No
SMDR Real Time Reporting: Yes
OLI Node ID Format for Incoming Trunk Calls: No
Extended Time To Answer: No
SMDR File Transfer: No
Standardized Network OLI: No
Standardized Call ID Format: No
Suite Services Reporting: No
Report Internal Unanswered Calls: No
SMDR Extended Reporting Level 1: No
Report Attendant Name: No
Account Code Reporting for Internal Calls: No
Tag Call Reporting: No
Tag Call Identifier:
Path Reporting for Internal ACD2 Calls: No
Number of destination address digits to mask: 0
SMDR Extended Reporting Level 2: No
Two B-Channel Transfer Reporting: No

Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

you also need to enable SMDR for external calls in the COS of the extensions and the trunks.

You dont really need reel time reporting set to 'yes' this is normally used for ACD. It will work without it.

Here are my settings...typically I look at SMDR through PrairieFyre, but it also works through hyperterm to the port. In addition to these settings in the App Logic Port Assignment Form check to make sure the SMDR Logs Port Use is set to continuous.
