I have been looking at the COS options assignment form specifically for "Call forwarding - No Answer" and "call forwarding - busy" but could nolt find any. When you read the docs it always give the indication that they are uniquely available apart from the forward accept/ call forward ext, call forward int etc. Is there a simple instruction on how to program a call transfer to VM if the respective DN does not Answer by enabling a COS rather than using the "always alternative routing assignment options"

set the ext's 1st alternative to pilot of vmail. the time it takes to transfer to vmail on no answer is set in the cos of the handset under 'call forward no answer timer'.
