Rep Power: 0 ![]() | YA Soft Phone and Voicemail I'm running a trial of a number of soft phones and am having issues with voicemail. I figured out that to access voicemail I have to dial 5555 (our voicemail port number) followed by a comma (for a delay) and then the voicemail pin code. This dials the voicemail and enters the pin which is great. Then however you have to set up the voice mailbox, which requires further key presses which you can't do on the soft phone. Also, even if you set this up from a desk phone then when you need to access your voicemail you still need to press buttons for different options, how do you do this?

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I can't believe how simple the answer was! In the YA software, the main window has a keypad that you can minimise. This does not seem to work when dialling voicemail for some reason but when you have dialled voicemail a window pops up to allow you to control that call - this window has another copy of the same keypad but this one works. I'm actually annoyed at myself for not noticing!
