5550 Console

Hi there...i have this issue...
i have the caller I.D. enabled, and it works perfect on all the sets than can handle it.....but.... on the 5550 console it just doesn't work

any idea on how to enable it on the console.....when an incomming call the console just display the name of the trunk group

lookup the COS of the console and set 'Display ANI/ISDN Calling Number Only' & 'Display ANI/DNIS/ISDN Calling/Called Number' to YES and save.

as long as you are recieving CLI on the trunks the calls come in on then this should do the trick.

thanks for your answer.
I tried to look into the console configuration but i couldn't find out where to change the COS of the 5500.....i'm using 3300, but i couldn't find out.....

can you give me one more hint???

You can try the form under System Configuration -> Devices -> Station Service Assignment - lookup the extension for your console and change the COS here

btw
is there a way to configure the call history on the console???
i couldn't find it...

As far as I am aware call history is not available on the 5550 Ip Console
