Location: Hermosillo Rep Power: 0 ![]() | 5550 Console Hi there...i have this issue... i have the caller I.D. enabled, and it works perfect on all the sets than can handle it.....but.... on the 5550 console it just doesn't work any idea on how to enable it on the console.....when an incomming call the console just display the name of the trunk group | ||||||||

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | lookup the COS of the console and set 'Display ANI/ISDN Calling Number Only' & 'Display ANI/DNIS/ISDN Calling/Called Number' to YES and save. as long as you are recieving CLI on the trunks the calls come in on then this should do the trick. | ||||||||
