Location: Brasov Rep Power: 0 ![]() | PRI on DSU on SX2000 Can I program a PRI E1 Card Type MC269AA (with IMAT) to simulate the PRI fron CO, or with other words can I conect 2 SX2000 using PRI E1 Cards Type MC269AA (one on LT mode and one on NT mode). I need this to prove to the CO that I'm sending some signals on PRI link (like CLIR). SW ver 34.2.7.4 Thank YOU ! | ||||||||

Location: Brasov Rep Power: 0 ![]() | As U expected I haven't succed to connect back to back 2 E1 PRI links with "Euro ISDN" Protocol Type in "PRI Link Characteristics" in IMAT, but I've managed to connect them with "QSIG" Protocol Type with both "ETSI" and "ISO" Protocol Variant. Normal one of the links was "Network-side/Qsig master" . It transmits Caller name and number (with node ID at front) , but as I espected the "Trunk CPN Tables" in "Outgoing Call Characteristics" was inactive. Anyway caller name and number can be restricted with "Fixed CLIR" and even with "Per Call CLIR". I haven't tested others QSIG services (like divert). I've posted this thinking It may help others too.
