Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Mitel 200 icp - Zero out weirdness OK i am in a quandry and can not figure out what to do and why a particular issue works and then does not work. We own a hotel. We have set night forwarding for afterhours calls. When someone zero's out we want it to go to the main AA. In the main AA we have options that they can be connected to a after hours person. We had it working to where if someone did zero out if did go to the main AA. Now if you zero out the calls simply go to a phone in the office and none of the night forwards are working now. Where can i begin to even attempt to fix the night issues and the other items.

Location: Wigan Lancs Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Hello, do you use automatic changeover to nightservice or is it manually dialed? if it is automatic then i would check the business hours on the system or that the programme schedule is still working, if it is manually done are they putting it in the right service, i.e night service 1 and not 2? also, check the call re-routing always assignment for 0 to make sure it is re-routing to the AA in which ever service you need. Let us know how you get on and we may be able to better point you in the right direction. Glenn
