How eliminate a DTC001 & 103 ERROR

Hi..

Is there a way to forward callers to a holiday greeting without entering it into the holiday table? ie. attendant wants to turn on the holiday greeting after a certain time of the day.

CPND data block is missing???

With what equipment?

I do this currently with my call centers. My vectors check a split to see if anyone's logged in. If there is an agent logged into the split, the call is routed to a holiday greeting. If there is not an agent logged in, the call proceeds as normal. I don't see why this can't be done with your situation, but maybe I'm missing something....

Forward to Holidays

I could do this if the site had Symposium....but it's just a Mitel SX-200 and an Octel Serenade.
