Rep Power: 0  Country:  | 3300 Hunt Group w/Voicemail Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to create a Hunt Group on the 3300 with 3 extensions. If all 3 extensions are then put in DND say at the end of the day, the call should be transferred to a VM box. I have the 3 extensions in the huntgroup and that part is working fine, but I'm not sure how to have the call forwarded to a VM box when those lines are on DND Any help would be greatly appreciated  | ||||||||

Rep Power: 5 Gender:  Country:  | use a call forward 1st alternative set to vmail pilot for busy. Then when all 3 are on the phone or DND calls will go to vmail. you will have to create a mailbox with the mailbox number the same as the pilot of the hunt group for this to work. | ||||||||
