Rep Power: 0  Gender:  Country:  | Forward to external number with extension I would like to be able to forward an extension always to a number and extension that is external to our building. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We have a SX-200 ICP. Further info: I have an entry in FORM-31 to dial my cell phone. In FORM-02 the code for Abbreviated Dial Access is 74. From my phone, if I dial -- 74789, it rings my cell phone. I set my "External busy" to dial 74789. When I call the main number from my office phone and dial my extension it rings once then pauses and goes back to the auto attendant. Last edited by dlhirsch; 03-05-2008 at 12:46 PM. | ||||||||

Location: Wigan Lancs Rep Power: 5 Gender: Country:   | Apart from what Teltek has said, i have seen this issue before on the 3300, youi may need to make sure that your mobile number has a specfic line in ARS as "digits to follow unknown" can lead to these issues. | ||||||||
