DESI have some software that does this. Its designed to print onto their labels but you can type in all the numbers you like and print it onto normal paper if you likem then cut it out. They look ok but its a bit of a fiddle as they dont print out the outline.

desi or baudcom - they both charge for their preprint labels and give the software away free - excel anyone?

I tend to use DESI but print them onto plain paper - then just cut out the correct size. You dont get any dividing lines etc but they still look ok.
