Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Direct Inward Dialing on Mitel SX2000. Help! I am completely green when it comes to PBX's. I need to set up the association between a list of DID's and internal extensions. We already have an association in place for range 61XX which goes to the 21XX range of internal ext's. I cannot seem to figure out how the association works. I have looked in the automatic route select assignment for the existing DID set up but I can't see where the extensions are related to the external numbers. All I see is: Route # 38 (goes to trunk group 20 which only has one trunk which is 324) Digit Mod# is 9 (which has zero digits absorbed and Digits to be inserted being <T08>) So I need 63XX to go to 23XX. Looks like 63XX has same auto routing as 61XX but right now calling 63XX sends it straight to Voicemail whereas 61XX sends the call to the correct extension.

Location: Virginia Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Go to Trunk Service Assignment form under trunks. Absorb 1 (the 6) and insert 2. You will need to know the Trunk Service Number from the Trunk Assignment form. This is will change all incoming DID’s to 2xxx assuming you have 4 digit delivery.
