5340 Not able to Forward - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

I have 5220 and 5340 IP phones on my system. All 5220 can program any type of forward. When I try activate the profile to be able to do any type of forwarding on any of the 5340, I get a message saying "The activation of your call forwarding profile failed" Both type of phone are using the same COS.

Any ideas??

Have you enabled the HCI options on the COS for the 5340s?

Great! It worked.

I enabled both HCI options and like magic, I was able to activate the profiles.
