Rep Power: 4 ![]() | 5500 Console on 3300 ICP going to night service Hi, I have two 5500 consoles on different rooms. At any given time, both consoles go into night service or attendant absent with no aparent reason. I already changed the "Attendant Busy Out Timer" to 1440 to disable it, and still the same problem. Any ideas as to why. Thank you | ||||||||

Location: Wigan Lancs Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Hello, have you checked for anything in the maintenance logs? could be dialed night service done from another user. Other than that check the handset cable for damage as unplugging a handset will put operator to absent, failing the above two, try re-installing the IP console software. Glenn | ||||||||
