Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Silly question time. I'm a Siemens person at heart (power user not engineer !) and have just taken on responsibility for a system which is running a Mitel SX2000 with a Mitel 3300 joined onto it. I need to know how to set up an extension to do an immediate divert to an external number. I have done (some years ago) some work with the SX2000 but not with the 3300. I've spoilt with my Siemens DX as I've got electronic command manuals and all the paperwork, I don't really have anything like that with the mitel. If anyone could advise me that would be great !

Location: Wigan Lancs Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Once you have found out the above, use call re-routing always assignment, and create a speed dial to required number, use a call re-route in day, night1 and night 2 (or whatever you need) point this to the speed dial. May need to go through COS for extn and trunk to check for public trunk to public trunk access though...
