Finding key appearances
I'm sure I've done this before but can't remember how.

There is a limit of 16 times that an extension can appear as a busy lamp on other handsets - does anyone know how you find which handsets that it appears on?

on the 3300/sx2000 there is a form called multiline set group ass. This allows you to search all sets for a specific key app.

I have used that form but it doesn't show DSS/Busy Lamps - just key system appearances etc

I'm trying to update an extension with a DSS/Busy Lamp but the 3300 says 'No more room for a member in the Busy Lamp group'

Edit: Scratch that I found the form I used to use - its the Remote Busy Lamp Assignment form - thanks for the pointer anyway, it got me looking in the right direction!

Do a formprint of the "Multiline Set Key Assignment" search through that capture file to find the DNs that has the DSS/BLF you're looking for!!!
