5220 ip phones dead

hello,

I have a problem with a couple of 5220 IP phones on a customers site. They had been unplugged at the time of upgrade and when they were plugged back in they began to upgrade as normal. However, during the upgrade the sets lost power and now they are dead as a dodo.

Can anyone help?

Bob, is there any difference with PN for working 5220 on site? know that there are pre SW 6 phones, not sure what he fault is though with these handsets.

no they were already on 7.x.x.x and went to another version on 7 so shouldnt be compatability issues.
