Location: Cupertino CA. Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I'm trying to find out if Mitel PBX will support a pin # over trunk. Our application uses a Dialogic card that emulates T1/ISDN trunks and uses the PBX to make outside calls over the Dialoigc card back to the PBX. Users need to apply a PIN number for long distance calls, Tech is claiming that they don't support such action over a trunk to trunk connection. Does anyone would have such information? any help you could provide me, will be appreciated. Thanks. Pedro

Location: Wigan Lancs Rep Power: 4 ![]() | If the call is origianted on the Mitel (and the pin) , specify a certain trunk to go to another specific trunk group on the othetr PBX, using incomming SMDr you could monitor calls on the second PBX, if the PIN needs to be on the other PBX, use a DISA and then get the user to dial the PIN number to break out. Dont know how many calls a DISA will accepth though.
