Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Mitel sx2000 Hi, I have just inherited a Mitel sx2000 in a complany of about 300+ folks. Does anyone know how to print out directory list without using a printer? I was told that it could be done with FORMPRINT and then capturing the text somehow but it is not going well at all. HELP!!! alex

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Please help me and spare the elitism guys. I am plenty experianced on other systems just not this one. My local vendor is on crack and there are no future classes for this sx2000 model. If this is a forum for questions.... one has been posed.... Any answers out there? Now, more directly. I can redirect the default ports (currently on prn3). I can que up a report. I can even enter ENable Print /Nonqueued. However that terminal screen remains blank(minus a few instructions about how to back out) and when I return to the command console the message states "FORMPRINT:Operation terminated by user". Someone please help?

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Thanks Funky. Did you mean to say "enable print"? This pretty much does nothing new. I should mention that I am using Putty (term emulator) to connect through IP to the system. A tech told me that I should be able to output the FORMPRINT command to the terminal screen and then do a screen capture to get the info. Can anyone verify this? PS. I have no printer
