Hi all:

I need help on this...We have an EAS system equipment controlled through an extension from MITEL 3300 ICP system. The phone won't disconnect from the unit even after we hang up. It stays off hook for 2 minutes. It works fine when we used an ATT & T line. I was wondering what is the difference between a regular ATT&T line and this line. This is an analog extension. How can I make this extn same as the ATT line.

the mitel ext is not giving the EAS a CPC signal

Needs positive disconnet. Are you using an ASU or a universal ASU? I dont think the universal offers positive disc-
