| Junior Member | 3300 Secretarial Keys Hi All We have a 3300 MXe and we are using 5224 IP Phones. There seems to be a limit of 16 exts which you can assign the same number secretarial key too. Is there any way to increse this limit. Our users insist on having busy lamp fields and we are at the limit on most exts. Thanks Sam |

| Junior Member  | So each user wants 23 DSS keys? could they not take into account users that they can see and not have BLF for them? and do they really need to know if EVERYONE is on a call, i.e one user may deal alot with accounts and another with IT, i know it is not an answer to your question as the answer is no, you cant have more than 16 instances (may change in newwer s/w though) cant think of a work round either, sorry. |
