We have developed an application called 'Asset Manager' that may be of interest to any looking after Mitel PABX's/ICP's.

The application will automatically capture the entire configuration for a Mitel switch (SX2000 or 3300) and display the information in a web browser.

It will work with modems, trackers, Mitel 7100's, and direct IP, with a MiXML version currently undergoing Beta testing.

Some key features include:-

• Unlimited PABX's (ideal for Maintainers / Resellers)
• Ability to compare scans to show additions, removals and swaps.
• Highlights 'Grey' cards
• Visual representation of ARS, trunk groups and trunks unallocated to groups.
• Ability to search for specific devices, firmware or extensions.
• Capture of COS / COR for each handset.
• Capture of firmware information for handsets and cards.
• Details of 'Out of Service' devices (with a historical view of 'dead' circuits).
• Ability to export all the information into Excel (note: REAL Excel spreadsheets... not just a CSV file!)
• Automatic password changing.
• Automatic Date / Time update
