Any one know where you can get hold of the programmig tool for a PC for this system thanks

You need IS manager and this should come with the kit/manuals. Dont think this is availbe via Mitel anymore though.

If its not available from Mitel how do we get hold of the software to support these older (but still widely used) systems... In the UK they were re-branded by a few suppliers including Philips.. much in the same way BT rebranded most of the Nortel and Lake Comms gear. Whats the general opinion of the Mitel gear these days? I know a few suppliers are pushing the hosted platform but heard there has been lots of teething problems.
