We bought Tapit when we got the phone system. Given the Tapit is an Access based database- I am having alot of issues with the quantity of smdr messages (I have to purge every quarter). I have a MySql guru who is willing to build a more robust Call Accounting System, but we need to be able to interpret each call record, correctly.

Any Specs (what each column is for, for example) would be GREATLY appreciated.
