Question Express Messenger Mailbox limit?

Our SX200 systm has 2 tenants and 2 Express Messenger boards currently serving 2 companies. Tenant 1 is going away (companies merged). Tenant 2 is very close to the 250 mailbox limit. Is there any way to use 2 Express Messenger boards on one tenant? Any other way I could have more than 250 voice mail boxes?

TIA

JustDave

250 limit will never be expanded now that mem is manufacturer discontinued.

You certainly can utlize the abondoned mem without too much pain. Simply recording (duplicating) the admin/auto-attendant greetings on this card and then removing the tenant restrictions off the sx200. Once completed you would move those users into this card simply through call forawrding their sets to its hunt group. If your system is LW19r2 or higher, then you are lucky in that you can utilize the call forward busy & no answer destination programming in the routing form #19. Otherwise a few COS adjustments, removal of inter-tenant restrictions, adjusting the users call forwarding destination and you are away to the races.

hopin' this helps,

Thanks! That almost works, but we still can't forward messages between folks on the 2 Messenger systems. Any way around that? JustDave
