Hi,

I had been collecting SMDR for a while, actually until April 24, all of the sudden it stopped. Of course, I just realized it last week when I began checking and searching info as to why it stopped and tried most everything without success. Checked all settings on the Mitel and on the computer, everything seems ok.

I was planning on rebooting the 2000 to see if that resets the LPT1 port or does something, but I don't if that would help. I read on one of the manuals there's a Print Port Fuse, but I have no idea where it is and how the check it.

If anyone has any idea what happened to my system and advice me, I would appreciate it

Hey, have you tried a different PC and lead on to LPR1? i would suggest this first, if you are getting no outputt reset the kit, after that i would look at replacing the CRC card then the Main Controller, i have never heard of a fuse though. Let us know how you get on mate...

I tried already to put another laptop with another cable to the port using terminal and nothing happens. I'll try to reboot the system tonight and will let you know what happens.

I read on e-docs about the port fuse, guess this system doesn't have it.
