| Octel Aria 250 3.10 There is a voicemail box on my system that, when the users checks the messages, does not play the messages left by a caller, but only the greeting created by the user. In other words, the user's greeting overwrites the message. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks, Ted | ||||||||

| Well, this could be a couple things, first I would check the mailbox profile (9.1) and verify it's a type 0 mailbox. Next leave the user a message and log in while listening to the prompts carefully. from the main menu press 1, if you don't hear your message, press 337. I have heard some odd things recorded and people smetimes think they are system messages when they are acutally a recorded message. You are welcome for the extremely late reply  | ||||||||
