Is there a COS that will allow SD menus , but not allow ext dialing from an OCTEL mailbox. The genius Market guys added a couple of extra digits to n=make it sound good and now some users get " that ext is not valid".... We still want them to dial the SD menu though??

I did find it , thanks anyways Folks! It is att number 124 in the COS . It will allow users to dial the tree selections, but no ext can be dialed
