i have to replace a tape drive p/n 012-2501-001 on an octel 250 and have one in stock p/n 012-2501-000. just wondering if their would be any problems using the -ooo. can't seem to find anything on this...........????????/

The 001 tape drive user a higher tape capacity, 24 GB and the 000 drive uses a 4 GB tape. The 24
GB tapes won't work in the lower capacity drive.
