I have a little issue where all the MWI's on my phones are on and I was wondering what I could do to refresh or reset the lights in Octel. We had done it before when we had to power the box off off for a power test, but I wasn't there for that. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks for the help

First is it an Aria or a Serenade? (e.g. 200, 300 or 250, 350)

If it is Serenade (200 or 300) you can execute a MWRECALC command which will send info back and forth to the PBX to see what lights are on that do not need to be and turn them off and it will also see which ones are off that need to be on.

Recomend performing this at night though so that you do not create slowness in lamping of the ones that are currently working.

If the command doesnt look like its working, before executing it again, performe a trace report in real time (continuous, integration only) to see if it executed and is checking lamps.

I just happend that I forgot to stop watching this. We found the issue. It has to do with having Unity and Octel tied together.
